This License grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the Work for commercial purposes within a single project.

Permitted use includes:

- YouTube monetized content

- Sponsored content

- Client work (single client)

- Social media advertising

- Podcasts, videos, and online content

Limitations:

- Maximum revenue per project: $100,000

Prohibited:

- Content ID registration

- Distribution on streaming platforms (Spotify, Apple Music, etc.)

- Use as a standalone music product

- Resale or sublicensing
